I didn't get credit in any of my Tap Research, what is going on?

Here is a response from my ticket re: TAP

We are currently investigating reports of missing credits from TapResearch surveys. Your credits are not lost, but we are investigating why some of them are not displaying within your FusionCash account. We appreciate your patience as we work with TapResearch through this issue. I will leave this ticket open until the issue is resolved.

So how long before they answered your ticket and when?  I don't believe we will be credited for Tap Research IF they get the problem solved. They didn't credit the last time, so why would they credit this time?

They DID credit the last time for me. I got a big dump of credits to the tune of maybe $6 the last time the "glitch" was fixed.

I don't complete tap surveys. I like to do the MyThoughtCounts because it is a 1.00 survey.

I received the same response to my ticket as well.  The last time this happened it was about a week after they responded to my ticket before I ws credited, but I did receive all of my credits.

Hmmm I know I must have around a couple of bucks in tap research that hasn't come my way.  Hope they find out what the "core" problem is.

I sent Tap Research support a message weeks ago but never received any feedback. I never got credit for the last time Tap Research didn't pay so I have no hope that it will ever credit again. That's a bummer because I had a survey that paid 12 cents this time.

Tried TAP this morning Friday 3/18 & still no credit.

As of March 8th 2019 still no credit with anything on Tap- Research ...
