I have 3 meals a day, but my breakfast is literally just a yogurt and my lunch is a frozen meal. They're around $2 at my grocery store. I'd rather pay that than $8 at the deli in my building. For dinner, I treat myself to something a little better, though I still don't think I eat *that* much. The scale would disagree though. LOL

Look at the fat content in that $2 frozen meal you are eating.  Those Totinos pizzas that are enough for ONE.  That pizza is 3 servings.  You also have to look at that.  You eat one of the frozen meals and it has 30 grams of fat but you miss that it serves 2 so it is 60 grams of fat for one meal that doesn't even leave you filling full.

I don't think we have to go by a preset standard on food or anything else; you have to do what's best for your body/life.

I just decided to snack less and eat more "real meals" because excessive snacking packs on the calories.
