FC Surveys

Since September 10 I have been receiving the message below when trying to access FC surveys.  Everyday I clear my browsing history, cookies and caches in hopes that it will work.  I have tried 3 different laptops and google chrome,Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and the regular internet explorer but still nothing.  I only access the site from home as this is where I signed up at so that should not be problem.  I can access the surveys when I use my IPAD which is apparently legal since I have been able to cash out each month but not with the dollar value I have in the past since not all surveys are compatible with the IPAD.  Everything else is working fine including TAP, PTC, daily email etc.  I keep submitting my ticket once a week but still no answer.  When I asked the IT guy at work he said it is broken link on the site and only they can fix it.  I hope that this helps solved the problem as this will one of my 30 posts for the month and will one I submit again this month.

This must be frustrating. 

So, it seems that it is only the Fusion Cash surveys in the middle of the survey page that is giving you this message.

You said that you can access TAP on the left side of the survey page. Are you able to access the other surveys on the left side of the survey page ?

UPDATE . I searched HTTP Error 500 and got results. I did not quite understand what I was reading but do a search asking what HTTP Error 500 means and you will get results. You might understand the information.

I too had an on / off relationship with TapSurvey, and yesterday it didn't open at all!  But this was on other sites as well, so it is their problem not FC  !!!

HTTP ERROR 500

I have seen that, I think, I know I see EOR 404.  I just X out and go on.
