I placed an order for myinks.com earlier today. I have been billed already but did not get instant credit. How long does this normally take.  And since it is over $7 the admin can still credit me right? Thanks...

You need to wait a bit and see if it credits later on.
If not you will have to wait for 7 days and request manual credit on it. After the 7 days have passed go back to your account page, click on show all offers.. scroll down to that particular offer and then on request credit, it will give you instructions on how to do it.
Just wait.. sometimes they take a while but they credit in the end!! Good luck!
