telephone verification not working

Did you submit a support ticket?  It take a while for them to answer it.  Seems like they only answer them at the beginning of the month.

You can try submitting a support ticket, but I think sometimes people have issues with telephone verification when they are using a specific carrier.

I have submitted ticket 3 days ago but still they haven't responded. Mine is a sprint connection and I am not getting verification sms or call.

My joining bonus of 5$ is gonna expire in 7 days.

The support service needs to be better.

Went through the same thing when I joined but that was a while ago...didn't take them long to get back to me back then, but now they seem mighty slow...
