Reimage Repair

This "Reimage Repair" popped up twice:  First, when I clicked only daily cash email and the second time when I clicked ptc. 
It's about Windows 10 pc repair.  Does anyone else get this when they click and is it legit or a scam?

I saw it when I was doing the PTC.  I have no idea whether it's real or scam.  For myself, though, I don't trust things like this.
