Yup been like 8 days for me at zero and over a week now with no reply on my W9 issue that I mailed in....grrrrr

Just a heads up that it took FOUR WEEKS to get a response to my last support ticket....

That is too long for a support ticket.

I submitted a ticket like 6 weeks ago in regards to my $1 payment post and still no reply.

I have never had trouble with my forum bonus post. If you do, definitely submit a ticket.

over the last year and half I have had it be up to 2 weeks late but when it was paid out the next month was paid out as well.  It has happened several times and has varied from being a day late to weeks.  I have assumed that it is a case of being understaffed (also not answering support) but since it does always come I have not worried

Mine has always been paid out. Sometimes I get two months back to back though so the schedule changes.
