Christmas is just another day for me,  last year was the worst when my neighbor  friend shot him self and made sure I'd find him.  Dec 21st , then Amazon lost all my xmas  gifts !   So i said forget it.

I think of you over the experience with your neighbor.  Sometimes we see things we can never not see again!  Christmas has lost a lot of the holiday festivity for me also over the past 10-15 years. I forced myself to put out a few items of Christmas decor last year and it was kind of nice.  I just put out 4 or 5 things which were simple and easy to pack and unpack. Maybe I'll do the same this year.  We'll see....

Have to admit I went to the outlet mall yesterday and did start shopping for Christmas.  Easier on the budget when I can get things for 50% off.  Love that mall.

I'm so not ready for the holidays. I have some handmade gifts I wanted to make that I really need to get started on.

We have three more month before reaching to Christmas. I have not start my Christmas shopping yet.

It's kinda depressing how fast this year is going. I feel like I haven't accomplished much recently :\ But there's still time left in the year!

  I am never ready for Christmas.  I have already started shopping and getting organized for it.  In fact for the entire holiday season.  We have a calendar and the family all puts on the dates for any special events etc so we can plan for them.  I take all the grandkids, daughters and daughter-in-law to the Nutcracker. so I get tickets early and put it on the calendar.  We have  COOKIE Exchange Party and a Cookie Baking Day and plan it so that we can send cookies to relatives early to have for the whole holiday season.  We have an Open House when all the kids are in town so that all the relatives and friends get a chance to see them.  Was helping my parents move last year so did not do the Cookie Exchange, and had so many friends and family disappointed that we will definitely do it this year.  We have a big family and all of us love the holidays.

Ha ha, you're right next thing you know it will be Christmas and we will welcoming 2019. Time definitely needs a long time out.

Let's not rush it but I did see a white tree one and a green tree in a store this week.  They didn't have any decorations on them but I did a double take, checked the calendar and shook my head.  WOW. Really. So Soon!!!
