I never learned how, but my Mom was very good at it when she was younger, she has long given it up as she age ; but still has a lots of the things she made at one time.

I crochet in the fall and winter months, not enough time in the summer.   I make lots of the different things, I am trying to learn how to do socks. I like to make stuff animal for the grand babies.

My sister has always done beautiful artwork with her crocheting...I've never been able to do it myself.  Always wished I could.

My mother-in-law can crochet anything, I never learned

i crochet,knit,bead,sew,and love learning new things..i am 56 and self taught crocheter,knitter and sewer at 15...took up beading a few years ago...love to crochet and knit...knit mostly,love fair aisle..love using 4 or 5 needles...and a big knitting and crochet needle collecter..

No idea what a crochet was then googled it to find out it was sorta knitting but art style ? Never tried it before nor do I know how to start one.

I don't but my mother did. I still think about her sitting for hours at a time and making beautiful afghans.

I've been crocheting since I was about 21 years old and I am now 71, so that's about 50 years. I am a member of a weekly knitting/crochet club of seniors where we all help one another with really challenging patterns. Everybody usually turns to me for crochet help and to another woman named Ann for knitting help. We talk and have fun at the same time. It is the best therapy ever!
