Question About "Qualifying Offers"

When I get a new referral, I understand that I receive a $2 bonus when the member completes a "Paid to Sign Up" offer, but WHICH of these "Paid to Sign Up" offers, qualifies?  I would like to be able to explain to new referrals just exactly which offers they could choose that would qualify for the $2 referral bonus. Can someone clear this up for me?

I've gotten paid as soon as they sign up. If they finish their profile I think you get and extra dollar too.

Yes, you get $1.00 as soon as they have verified their email address, but I would like to know exactly what they have to complete to get the $2 bonus. I do not believe that ALL of the offers listed under the "Paid to Sign Up" tab qualify for this bonus, and I was hoping to find out which ones actually do (or do not).

I believe , from experience with referrals, that if they choose an offer that pays them to sign up for another panel , that definitely qualifies.  So that is the one I would recommend to them if they are unsure of which offer to do.  I hope this helps someone! XD
