I was having problems getting my credit until someone in the forum told me to clean out the cookies from my computer just prior to doing the daily surveys and now I do not have any more problems, so far.

I seem to be having this trouble too and I am clearing cookies before coming in etc. I was given credit for both of them again yesterday. Today there were no surveys for me to complete....odd. All I can say is just keep trying.
