I wanted to buy this thing on TV called "ziptrim" BUT you need to buy 2 and I only need 1. What do you think of company's who sell something and then say "but wait, if you purchase now we'll send you a 2nd just pay separate shipping" NOW, who needs 2 anyways? and aren't they sending in the same box so what's up with the "2" shipping charge?....this so infuriates me grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...what do YOU think?.....I tell you the older I'm getting I get irked more lol

I agree it is a scam.  We came across this several times and it really ticks me off.  Another similar thing is food on sale at restaurants IF you buy a drink which we usually don't want to do.  Oh well modern life.

I agree it is irking but I see it all the time.  It is a common practice to offer two if you just pay shipping and handling. For me, it is about how much I want it.  If I think I do, then I order and if I like the product, I have a second for backup.  If I don't, I keep it as an inexpensive little gift to someone who I am somewhat "obligated" to buy something.  Frankly, buying something under these circumstances is a rare thing for me!

I see this regularly, especially on items sold on TV.   I've never purchased anything where they claim 2nd one is free if you pay additional shipping and handling.  Somehow I feel like it's a gimmick.   Now I do take advantage of buy one get one free in the grocery store but not online or from a TV ad.  Always wondered how much the additional shipping costs.

They do that very often, but if you like a lot it would make a nice gift for someone else to try.

I would wait for this product to come in the stores and then buy it. Walmart and Bed Bath Beyond usually sells 'as seen on tv products'.

Have see this too and thought about it until the extra shipping cost came into play and said forget it I don't need it that bad.

I live alone and rarely need two of anything lol I usually buy my as seen on tv stuff at Walmart.
