I did do a sleep test and all he said was that I had a problem sleeping. Well, no duh.  I could've told him that.  All he offered me was sleeping pills and I really don't want to go down that road.  They have side effects and can be addictive.  I couldn't sleep during the test so they gave me something to make me sleep.

yep because I work third shift and have 2 toddlers I don't get much sleep

I have a moderate case of lupus, so fatigue and exhaustion are a 20-21 hr/day reality for me.  I can so relate.  It sucks when you want to have a full life.

Like some of the others have suggested, I'd look into sleep apnea as well. Perhaps also, you might look at your diet and try to cut down on sugars and that sort of thing if possible. They can cause you to feel tired after the initial boost is gone.

So many reasons for chronic fatigue.  Go see a highly recommended Doctor and look in to all avenues!
