I have cricket wireless it is not prepaid service I don't buy a card we lay $100 a month for 4 lines so how come I can't get it verified

I might be wrong but  think that you need a home landline. However, I think there are other ways to verify. You should probably open up a support ticket.

Maybe members who have information about other ways to verify will respond to your post.  I have seen this problem mentioned before.

Before a user may cashout, he/she must provide and verify a telephone number using our automated system. The system requires a unique telephone number with tone dialing, and is compatible with dial-up internet access. We do not use your telephone number for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.[\i]

I am almost certain they once allowed cell phone verification but now it looks like it has to be a landline
