Well, I've had some baloney that's happened twice now and it's really ticking me off. I have had two surveys that let me finish them and then announced we are fixing our servers..."We've had a glitch!" Ha! Didn't have a glitch during the entire survey. I just now finished one on rewards back cards that should have credited me 20 cents and I got that message...FOR THE SECOND TIME!! There's some bull going on.
Okay, this is an addendum. I just finished another survey that was on a new product looking like a light switch that acts as a personal assistant, light control, etc and I not only didn't get credit, i didn't even get the one cent disqualification.
Fusion, you have to get with your survey companies and tell them they need to fix something. That's what Swag did and many people got credited for completed surveys!
Just to follow up on this issue one more time, today is 11/11 and I just completed another survey that once again did not credit. This time it was one of those surveys where you go in the store and pick designated items from the shelf and they ask how easy it was and were products grouped together to make sense, etc. So I did it all, no problems, answered the last demographic questions, and once again received NO CREDIT WHATSOEVER! And Kaat, I've cleared cookies, cache, used another search engine, and so forth, and it is still happening regularly. I've been using survey sites 3 years now, but thanks for trying to advise. Just a bit tired of this baloney!
