I am surprised they are letting her in the school.  Do they know she is not potty trained?  Most times they don't change diapers in school.  Head Start may be different.  I know a kid that was starting school and they told the teacher he will bring you a diaper when he needs it changed.  And the school told the parent he can stay at home until he can go to the bathroom by himself.  We don't change diapers.

I work for the school district and yes kids do have to be potty train in order to attend school. The teacher have so many children to take care of and it's hard for them to do it.

Head Start may be a little different.
My son was tough to potty train. I had to put him in Pre-School because of my job and he had to be potty trained for that. I took him there one day and showed him all the fun he would have but he couldn't attend until he could use the bathroom by himself. Viola'! He was potty trained in no time. Maybe that will work in your case?

I agree with countrygirl12. I am surprised that they would allow her to attend school if she is not potty trained. I raised 3 boys and the middle child was the biggest struggle with potty training.  God, how I hated doing that with him. The other two were a breeze by comparison. However, you are raising a toddler in the YouTube age. Go on there and search "potty training solutions" and see if you find anything helpful.  Why not? We use YouTube to learn everything else, right? If you try it, don't forget to get back to me and let me know what you found out.  I'm not potty training kids anymore but I am curious about new approaches to an old pain in the *bleep*. LOL😉

Do they know she is not potty trained. I thought children could not go to school unless they were. Hopefully she will be potty trained soon.

I thought they only changed special needs kids.  In our area the children always had to be trained before they could attend school.

I wouldn't think they would be allowed to change a diaper anyway.  With so many accusations of se-xu-al assault and all that.

That doesn't mean she has autism.  I know a kid that does stuff like that and what he needs is his butt busted!

My  great niece was having a hard time getting her little boy potty  trained and when she took him to  daycare and he found out that he could  not go until he was potty trained it did not take long for him to get there as he really wanted to go. Amazing how  it works sometimes.

Children usually can't start school until they are toilet trained.  However, Head Start may have different guidelines.

I'm surprised she is able to go not being potty trained.  Sending you the best of luck.
