I retired early. Now I'm working part-time just because I like to. I have many outside volunteer activities I participate in. I enjoy the freedom to do what I want and when I want.

I would love to retire but will never be able to.  I have a disabled husband with a lot of medical expenses.
Have a wonderful day!

I retired at 62 and sometimes wish I hadn't retired so early;  I've felt I still have a lot to offer but at the time I was working at a job that was so stressful that I felt I had to leave.  I had only been there for 3 years and thought originally I'd stay there a lot longer.  My 2 previous jobs totaled over 37 years; 15 at one and 22 at the other.  I've worked since I finished High School.

I still work and work. I can live at the senior living community but not partake in the senior coupons like movies and restaurants lol but I don't feel retiree yet.  :cat:

I retired at 62 and I am now 79, with no regrets. I did own my own computer consulting business and let my company pay off my office building, which I sold tax free, so I have substantial savings and my home is paid for. As long as I have the Internet, I doubt if I will ever get bored. I work for pennies, to develop better ways to finance passive income for those who were not as fortunate as I was.
