Thanks for all the feedback!   Oh yeah and by the way I looked up indecent exposure laws for the state of Indiana (where I was at the time) and here yea go!   I don't think white granny panties constitutes "intent" of a sexual nature. Trust me it was not hot.  I wasn't "intending" to be seen at all.

     Chapter 4. Indecent Acts and Prostitution

IC 35-45-4-1
Public indecency
     Sec. 1. (a) A person who knowingly or intentionally, in a public place:
        (1) engages in sexual intercourse;
        (2) engages in deviate sexual conduct;
        (3) appears in a state of nudity with the intent to arouse the sexual desires of the person or another person; or
        (4) fondles the person's genitals or the genitals of another person;
commits public indecency, a Class A misdemeanor.
    (b) A person at least eighteen (18) years of age who knowingly or intentionally, in a public place, appears in a state of nudity with the intent to be seen by a child less than sixteen (16) years of age commits public indecency, a Class A misdemeanor.
    (c) However, the offense under subsection (a) or subsection (b) is a Class D felony if the person who commits the offense has a prior unrelated conviction:
        (1) under subsection (a) or (b); or
        (2) in another jurisdiction, including a military court, that is substantially equivalent to an offense described in subsection (a) or (b).
    (d) As used in this section, "nudity" means the showing of the human male or female genitals, pubic area, or buttocks with less than a fully opaque covering, the showing of the female breast with less than a fully opaque covering of any part of the nipple, or the showing of covered male genitals in a discernibly turgid state.
    (e) A person who, in a place other than a public place, with the intent to be seen by persons other than invitees and occupants of that place:
        (1) engages in sexual intercourse;
        (2) engages in deviate sexual conduct;
        (3) fondles the person's genitals or the genitals of another person; or
        (4) appears in a state of nudity;
where the person can be seen by persons other than invitees and occupants of that place commits indecent exposure, a Class C misdemeanor.

Ok..first congrats on the lil one. 2nd.. if he didn't like what he was seein then he shouldn't have been lookin. He was so in the wrong. Its ur house. U do what u want girl. Being a mother who got very big during pregnancy, i understand that u were just trying to be comfortable. U didn't even have to apologize to him. if anything he should apologize to u for ease dropping and invading your privacy. If u want to walk around in ur own house naked, THAT U PAY FOR, every single month...then u can. Its not like u were in his front yard running around in his sprinklers half naked singing coom bye ya. (sorry i can't spell).. but u know what i mean.

He's probably one of those people who orders *bleep* on cable and then calls in for a credit saying all he ever does is go to church and watch church on tv because he got caught by his wife.  Honestly I deal with a least one of those people a day and it drives me nuts.  Mind your own business, dont police your neighbors and tell the truth (its that a commandment anyway...).  From your story I think he's a peeping tom and freaked because he got caught.

whoa i never heard about this before.  i think the neighbor should mine his own business.  just take it as she is pregnant, some time when your prego you do crazy things like that and just let it go.  personally i would never do that but just let it go.

PS.  I forgot to tell you guys this part.  The next day after the incident he tried to get our car towed.  He called the police and said there was and abandoned car that had been parked in the street for weeks.  We ran out just in time to avoid a ticket and pulled the car into the drive way to prove that it worked.  My husband and I had just gone grocery shopping the day before.  Anyway just thought I would add that.

I think that you have the right to do whatever you want in your own home and that if your neighbor does not like it then he should not be looking!!

I have a neighbor who prances around her yard scantly clad. I would say this was unacceptable 30 years ago, but aparently today it is ok. If I am out and see her walking half naked through her yard I come inside. I have my own bum and don't want to see hers. But that is how she is comfy...so I guess good for her. I go outside on occasion in my pj's (top and bottoms) so I guess there is not much difference...except the fact that I am fully clothed.

Sounds like he has some major personal space issuse.  I've done the summer pregnancy, and I totally feel for you.  He should  have had the decency to look the other way. I don't think  you did anything wrong, the blinds weren't a bad idea though
