A house in Sunnyvale sold for 800,000 over asking price. This is near silicon valley.near an Apple  Co. It was a 3dr,2bath noth8ng much to it but wow the sellers were so happy.

Million Dollar homes today are considered the slums for some areas. My first house was a 2 bdrm with a 1 bdrm rental that sold for $19K and the one we bought recently was over half a million. I never imagined I would be living here.
