Irma the Hurricane

Well we survived her.  Lost power within a couple of hours and it just came back on today at about a quarter til 6.  Could have been worse for sure.  I hate being without power it was muggy and hot and miserable but we are alive and no damage except some small trees recently planted toppled over.

Glad to hear y'all are doing good. So many lost so much. I am sure you are counting your blessings. Those trees can easily be replaced. I am happy for you.

The storm was actually a blessing for me.  All my grandkids came up to get away from Irma, and now are in the process of moving back up. Two immediately.

I so missed them, and the storm chased them home.

I survived her as well luckily no roof damage but we did have lots of branches down

Maryland got the last of Irma this morning, but by the afternoon the sun was back out.
