on the survey when it says which income range are you in nothing shows up. there is not a place to enter your income on. anyone else having problems

I am having a problem like that with some Tap Surveys. I just cancel those and move on to the next one. They are not all like that. It must be a glitch.

I've had that problem too and I just click out of it and move on.

I've had that one come up more than once and I just skip survey and move on. That's the only option, you can't get past that.

I'm getting the same thing.. it must be a glitch and now they have started denying the 25 cent dq from last month... got 4 in my e-mail today... not sure how many they'll get done before I get my money as I have a lot of them, but I'll have enough for cashout even if they deny them all

Good to know I am not the only one who is not having any choices to the income question.  Hopefully they will fix it soon.

thankfully, these are few and far between, but it has happened to me more than a couple times....

.....not the kind of glitch i like when it comes to tap research.... *thinks of last months glitch of 25 cent DQ*

I have run into some problems with Tap Research surveys not functioning and I think I have run into the same survey that you did. No site is perfect I guess.

For the past few days on Tap Research i am getting a lot of DQ and no reward.  I am taking a break from Tap for now because that is a lot of questions and time with no compensation.

Tap seems to be back to normal and paying DQ bonuses again.

I don't know if it will stay this way, but for now, you may want to try them again.
