How do I get a pic of how much I've done when I post something??

I'm new to this site. Jus started about 3 days ago and I noticed that some people have what they've earned through so many offers at the end of all thier posts. How do I do that and do u get paid for that?? But I'm loving this site so far. its the best one i've found!!

Near the top of the page there is a task-bar. Click Profile. Then on the left hand side is a Modify Profile section. Click on Forum Profile Information. Now go down under the Signature section, select the color banner you want, and hit the Replace Sig with FC Banner button.
