Tasks Sign In

I seem to remember awhile back signing up for the Tasks but I did not use my facebook.  I really never understood the tasks much so I really have not worked on them.  Now I noticed that it is asking for facebook log in now?  Why is it that you have to do it thru facebook mow?  Is there another way to do them?  Any help with this would be great!

Crowdflower requires you to connect it with Facebook to prevent people trying to do the tasks on multiple sites.

Have no luck with those Tasks, but didn't know that you had to now use FB to sign in, I stopped doing those Tasks, they never work out.
