I use sticky notes all the time. In every color in the rain bow.

I only write notes on regular paper for myself at work. I don’t really use a lot of post-it notes because there is not enough room for me to stick them all over the place.

I used to write down recipes on post-it notes and stick it on the fridge.  I downloaded a recipe app a while ago and have been using that now instead.

I use an app on my cell phone called KEEP to make notes to myself.

It is handy.

Sometimes, I actually write a few words on my hand if I don't have my phone.

notes and lists are everywhere for me.  At work, at home - on the fridge, in my bag, on my laptop....I have so many things going on I have to jot everything down or I forget half of what needs to be picked up or accomplished.  Nothing is ever life or death.... just makes my life easier.
