What does "friendship" mean to you?

Someone who is loyal and trustworthy. Someone who is always there for you!

Friendship to me is being able to listen and give advice that will help and lift up another. Loyal until the end no matter the consequences, and love without judging.

Friendship is (or should be) a equally beneficial relationship...If the relationship is one sided, I wouldn't consider it a friendship...Friendship is dependability but not in a draining or parasitic way. It means you can rely on that person(s) and vice versa to have your back. They have nothing but good intentions for you. Friendship is a spectrum...Depending on how close or trustworthy the person is, you can share your darkest secrets with them. They won't judge you, they tell you the truth and stick by your side through thick and thin. Blessed are those who have true ones.

I think we have very, very few friends in our life.  If you call someone in the middle of the night and say 'I need help burying a body' and the only thing you hear on the other end of the phone is 'where are you? I'm on the way.'  That is a friend.  Some don't care for that example, but get over yourself.  It gets the point across.
