I had the same problem once, but before I could do anything about it, the problem solved itself.  I walked into the kitchen one quiet afternoon and went straight to the sink to wash out my glass and with my hands still stretched out toward the sink, I noticed something out of the corner of my eye. I turned to look and there on the counter right next to me sat a snake.  :o  I bout fell out!!!  I called 911!! lol
But after that day I never did see any mice again.

What kind of a snake? Maybe you should set up a website and sell them as mouse catchers. :cat:
