there are certain exercises that help leg circulation.
if you have an injury in your foot, these exercises help blood flow.
the butt squeeze
moving the ankle up and down
the thigh squeeze
I think a lot of people do things without understanding.
I know I do.
There are a lot of things that just seem like a good idea.
