I really like Pork Pad Thai.  There's a little Thai food restaurant; here, in Cedar City called Sweet Basil.

My other favorite is Mongolian Barbecue but I have to go down to St. George (a 55 mile drive south) to get that.

I like Italian food, but unfortunately with my stomach problems I can only rarely have tomato sauce. So I guess I'd have to say that Chinese is my favorite.
