What is your guilty pleasure?

I like to sleep even knowing I have a lot to do. Sleep is my guilty pleasure.

Eating chocolate.  Watching Dr. Phil. Watching all of the shows that I have on my DVR.

My guilty pleasure is eating cinnamon rolls and watching Judges on TV when I am at home.

Caffeine.  Specifically, a cup of coffee with a Hershey bar with almonds.  I think I could live on that.

I have read all your blogs on your guilty pleasure topic; wow, they are all my pleasures, drinking and eating and sleeping and I do love my car lol do to. Coffee drinking brown teeth, candy over weight, sleeping make me lazy, me do love my car, my car's name is JC same as my cat's name is JC I love her too. So I really have to think on this one... geez wasn't very long on thinking lol My guilty pleasure is my beauty, I buy face and body lotion, exercise, makeup, now it is the white teeth thing, and I work on my insides as well.  I want to take the laughing yoga class, ya know your brain (part that helps you heal) don't know the difference between real laughter and the make-the-fake laughter your body just don't care where it comes from.
