Wow! $220, That is the highest paying survey I  have ever seen!  Congrats, on getting a great survey.  My grandfather passed away many years ago from lung cancer. My Grandfather smoked  two packs a day. I'm thankful for never picking up the habit. I wish you the best though.

People complain about taking surveys but they don't realize if they don't even try they can't get opportunities like this. My favorite was receiving a free phone to test which was probably worth around $600
