I'm all for making a decision to change and make life better in some way, but if you have to wait for a particular day to arrive (ie. New Year's Day) before you can make the change, that tells me you are not ready. If you are not ready, you are really unlikely to be successful at whatever it is you are trying to change. I think, if you really want to change, you'll make a start right here and right now.

Only one that I make every year.  I have lost about 35 pounds this year, very slowly but it is gone.  The others I do not remember ...LOL
