Countrygirl, I cannot believe you have let the comment well it is cozy bother you for 18 years.  As you said you knew it was small and it wall all you could afford.  They were just trying to be nice and say it was cozy.....which is a compliment.  Lots of people have homes that they can just not make feel cozy or homey.  Contrary to what a lot of people think, Trump will not be able to bring jobs back in many industries and others will be losing more as technology improves, there will be less jobs in some industries because we just do not need some of those things any more, not that they are sent elsewhere.  Fast food places have a computer that you order and pay on, no need for a cashier, even some nice restaurants have a computer you pay and order on at the table, so no need for a server or a cashier.  Auto industry jobs are done by computers so less workers needed where they do have plants.  People are going to have to be retrained or go into different fields (Medical, coding) to be able to have good jobs.  And as always since time began, males will get better pay for doing the same jobs (although that seems to be getting better).
