I work in a bakery ... we sell tiramisu.  I've bought it marked down and brought it home and froze.  I've been told it's okay for a month.  I found when I pulled it from the freezer (20 days or so froze) it was fine.  I sliced it when it was still frozen.  Plated and covered each plate while it thawed in fridge.  Deliciousness!

Not long at my house lol but due to being eaten frozen or not.................Seriously it should last for months.  Someone here probably has frozen Tiramisu and will know.

I had to look it up as well, because I had no idea what it was! I thought it was some sort of Japanese food or something.
