Guys! Seriously... I really never liked looking into the mirror from the neck down and did not think I was that big! I am down 70 lbs and all I have to say is THANK YOU JESUS!! You are wonderful!  Down 70 pounds is such an accomplishment.,  I am so proud of you, and I bet you feel so much better and have tons of energy!  Good for you!!

Thank you so much guys! Yes, I feel so much better and the energy level is thru the roof! I am no longer considered obese! I am over weight now...lol. Slowly getting there! :D

My wife feels the same way about being down 40 pounds, but at 73 years old it gets a lot harder. Congratulations on your success!
