No gloves??

I worked fast food as a teenager and we never wore gloves.  They had a sanitizer pump on the wall, in back by the crew sink.  Plastic gloves they considered to be a safety hazard because of working with high heat (from the fryers, the grill and the heat lamps).  We had people that handled money & then went and touched the food even though they were told repeatedly NOT to do that.  No one ever died from eating there, though.
