      Feeling great and losing weight by avoiding "junk foods". That is what I call: Real personal progress!

I used to run 9.5 miles per week for exercise but last New Year's I made a resolution to increase that to 12 miles a week. I have pretty much stuck to the resolution too. I don't think I will increase it again this year because 12 miles is all I can handle.

I just don't bother with new years resolutions if I do it is just to be a better person. All that other stuff like weight loss and stuff just never works for me.

Yes, mine was to pay off our jeep before the end of the year (Dec would have been our last payment month as that was the original agreement with the company) & I had worked hard with saving and watching how much we spent at places, not splurging & using coupons when I could & I was able to pay off our vehicle in August. It was so exciting & a proud moment to do what I had set out to accomplish for the year!
