it is my understanding that anything that says bonus(such as DQ) does not count for PTC

DQ bonus are not qualified points to be able to get .15 cents in PTC.

Daily email doesn't count either. They put in the rule because so many people were doing just the barely minimum of email, ptc and bonuses to cashout and that doesn't really make the site money

No they do not. They are considered a bonus. If you qualify for the survey then that would count.
