I too have a difficult time peeling eggs. I see some good suggestions here.

Boil egg in salt water for 5 mins uncovered.. Close fire and cover for 15 mins. After that cool it in cold water for a min

I've been simply microwaving 2 eggs in water for 4 minutes.Just for a quick boiled egg.

I always make sure they are covered well with water, add some salt to keep from cracking, drain after cooking and let sit in some cold water before peeling, this usually works for me, hope that helps!!!

A good way to see if the eggs are done is by spinning them. You'll notice a cooked egg spins and an uncooked egg does not.
