Do you like cooking everyday or do you prefer someone else to cook for you? I would like for someone to cook for me all the time, but I guess half the time is not bad. I do need to start trying different foods. We eat the same rotation of foods every week just about, unless it's date night. We go out for dinner once in awhile.

I've always enjoyed cooking but now that I'm retired I'm enjoying it much more.   I have time to experiment with new recipes.  We have lots of favorites that we always prepare but I am really enjoying using new recipes.   I do most of the cooking but it's because I enjoy it so much.  My husband does cook and sometimes we're in the kitchen together.   Winter time we always do a soup on Sunday.

I love to cook but that's not saying I don't love  it  when someone else cooks.  We always go out Friday and Saturday nights for supper, but the rest of the week I cook.

I love to cook, but on my hubby's days off we tend to go eat out.

Hubby isn't allowed to cook without my supervision though lol He almost burned up my microwave with a microwavable rice bowl a few months back. He swore up and down the container never said to add water, so when I got home I pulled the container out of the trash and pointed to the bold blue lettering on the front that said "Just add water".

Side note: burnt microwaveable rice smells like an ashtray. It took multiple scrubbings to finally get the smell out.

I must admit I hate to cook. I do cook but do not enjoy cooking. However eating out often gets expensive and my husband really likes home cooked meals. I cook at least 5 days a week and we eat out 2.
