need for a nap

there are days when fatigue comes over me.
I don't take a regular nap every day.
I take one when I feel the need.
half an hour is sufficient.

I really needed on today and i laid down, Well then couldn't go to sleep. I have hyperthyroid and Graves. So it is as always hard for me to get to sleep. So here i am on Fusion cash again maybe i can get some sleep tonight. Mainly it is the Graves  casuing the problem.
