Is anyone else having problems with You're surveys?

Not anymore, but was previously for quite a while.  If your problem is that they're telling you you're BLOCKED, send them a ticket.  It will take a long time before you hear back from them (my ticket was from November 2015 and they just recently unblocked me).  If you think it's worth your while and you want to wait that long, go for it.  I can tell you that the problem was on THEIR end, not mine, and they finally got around to correcting it.

I can't access any of those surveys at the moment... apparently according to them I was not truthful with my surveys (which is not true because I generally always try to be honest..) BUT... it seems like a lot of people had this issue with Your-Surveys.

I opened a ticket with them and while it says "Average waiting time is: 9 days"... you can wait up to months... I'm still waiting... not sure what is going on or if I will ever be able to participate to their surveys... I don't find it fair but there is nothing I can do...

Moving on... there's luckily other surveys and other things available on this fantastic website FC!

All FCers have problems here and there on this site. Move on to something else.

Maybe try those surveys you're having trouble with again later, but keep on racking up money while you're waiting.

Thanks, yeah I will just try sending the ticket and then try them later. By then hopeful the site is working. Thanks everyone for responding.

I keep trying with Your-Surveys and nothing ever changes... I just ignore those and focus on other surveys... no need to waste time or get stressed because of that!

So far as I know, just about every FC-er has a problem with Your-Surveys at some point or other. I have been kicked out of the site 3 times so far. However, if you put a support ticket into them, they do usually let you back in, although it sometimes takes them a long time to do that.

Your Surveys definitely blocks accounts for no reason, and this happens to many users. I was accused of using a proxy, which I never did. I had to submit a ticket for them to respond to an unblock my account. It took TWO MONTHS for them to even respond, so don't look at the estimated wait time.
