no surveys on FC Surveys

still havent had any samplicio or FC Surveys. im not sure if im blocked or what happened. Its been almost a month already. i never had this issue before. And i sent a support ticket about a week ago, asking what happened to those surveys, and never had a response. Not sure what to do anymore.

That is a bit strange that you didn't get any surveys for so many days... it can happen, but just for hours... definitely not for days. And no, I don't think you got blocked... but the best thing when you really can't find an answer is to open a ticker! They are always helpful!
In any case... since your post was of a couple of weeks ago... I hope it got fixed for you in the mean time!
