there are times when gestures can be misinterpreted.
a wink, for example, can be gravely misunderstood.

very true...its rather like texts.  someone can send a text and be joking around and have it taken totally seriously.

yes and in this world we live in now gestures are very often taken the wrong way cause everyone is offending by everything anymore ! so sad
