I have heard of the yogurt in the store.
I like a chew able probiotic.
I know there are companies who make tablets to swallow.

I heard it was a good bacteria in your gut that helps immune system and the digestive tract.. First time knowing about it and having one is the Dannon probiotic drink. Most yogurts have this type of culture of bacteria that is good immune system

I belong to Purity Products.They are in Long Island NY.A+ rating for over 20 yrs.I have used a product called Fiber-biotics from them for years.It is a tasty chewable wafer and i reference that it helps immune system as well as gives you fiber for the diet.

Their products are a bit pricy and they reward members for being loyal.They have a web-site and again i reference all who are interested.

I eat the yogurt and take a probiotic gummy a day but I am not really a health fanatic -- my stomach is always in knotts with all the medicine I am on so it helps some
