I don't like to run but i walk if it is a nice day and i do some exercise few min/day 4day/week.

love to walk,,,,   I also do water aerobics and zumba.  I dance (tap and Jazz) on another night

Exercising is good for everyone! Now that I am a senior citizen, I have aches & pains that I didn't have as a child. Because I have arthritis, swimming is the best exercise for me. Having joined a water class for arthritis exercise, it is helping me a bit. After the class, I enjoy swimming a couple of laps. When it's nice weather outside, I go for walks alone or with a friend. Now that it is spring, I also get exercising by gardening. Exercise keeps me healthy! :thumbsup:

I do walking workouts (Leslie Sansone, Jessica Smith) but I am trying to lift more weights, so I'm gonna utilize my Kelly Coffey-Meyer, Cathe, and Jari Love DVDs soon.
