Fax/Phone Verification

I have a landline, but the phone verification is not working.

I gathered the documents to be faxed to 877-334-6654.

Unfortunately, this fax number has not worked.

Are there any other fax numbers that I can use?

If I were you, I'd put in a Support Ticket about this unless someone else can get you a different phone number.  Just to let you know, I think that Support may be backed up because I put a ticket in on the 11th and I'm still waiting for a  reply.

The fax line worked for me a few weeks ago.  Maybe they are having some technical issues.  Try putting in a ticket to see if that helps

The issue has been resolved.

I emailed support@fusioncash.net

They were able to verify my identity that way.

They should update the Verification page to just say email support.

Faxing is an obsolete method of sending documents.
