What should I  do, my Ex gave me a shiner, I just want her to leave me alone but she is relentless.

Turn him into the police that's assault and has no place in society. Get a restraining order against your ex. If you keep putting up with there behavior they will just keep doing it and may even get more violent each time til its to late

I say get a restraining order as well. She shouldn't put her hands on you.

yes it has been getting worse, I should have ended it long ago but I didn't.  No excuses I guess.

Take out an ad in your daily paper about your story, do this every time like a diary but in the newspaper and explain, be known, take a stand, so you don't have to call the police, get evidence so it is not slander, you just want to live in peace.

I do very much want to live in peace, I want to just be left alone by her and move on and move forward.  Enough is Enough.

I would certainly go to the police with that! I would want to make a statement and be sure that this incident was on the record. When things turn really nasty and situations end up going to court, records set a scene of unacceptable behavior and prove a history of abuse. I would take photographs as evidence and record details in a diary. I knew someone who had to rely on records and data in court and she had been so efficient in her note taking, it turned out to be an open and shut case!

That is really good advice.  I should have been writing things down from the beginning, but I didn't think this sort of thing would happen.  Makes me very sad inside.

Press charges against her and get a restrainer order.  I would have a hard time restraining myself from hitting back.
Have a wonderful day!
