Vitamins

I don't. I feel like I dont need to take Vitamins though. I get lots of fruits and veggies everyday.

just started taking some different vitamins like,,,  D, C, flaxseed, and one that has different things in it. hoping they help me 

Yes.  I am a supplement junkie.  Sometimes I'm not hungry but I understand the importance of getting my nutrients so I'm a little bit fanatical about making sure I swallow the pills.

One thing I've learned is that animals have the ability to manufacture their own vitamin C within their bodies; however, human beings must get their vitamins from whatever they consume.

 

Not necessarily.  You get vitamin D from the sun.

Only take a few vitamins that's about it though.
