Can't Cash Out

Hi, I've been trying to get a cash out since January 18th.  My phone number won't verify, so I've emailed my photo id.  When I emailed it, I didn't include the fax sheet, so I re-emailed with the sheet.  Then my sheet didn't have my signature, so I re-emailed with a signature.  Then I got a reply "It must be physically signed - using a program to electronically sign the cover sheet is not a valid signature." I replied back that it was easy to see it was a script signature, not one generated by a program.  I didn't get a reply, so I opened another ticket and they sent the same response back with no additional explanation.  I emailed back my response and haven't heard a reply.  I tried to follow up again, the same response. 

I think you get the picture.  I'm not sure what I need to do to get a cashout.  By this time, I suppose I'm past the time limitation for the cashout. 

Is anyone else having this sort of problem?  It's been way to difficult to have a dialogue to solve any issue so I can get a payment.

I had to verify my identity for tax purposes in 2014 and I didn't have that many issues. I did fax everything to them at once and I was able to cashout that same week

The only time limitation for a cashout is that offers start to expire after 180 days.  If you're a new member you don't have to worry about that for awhile and I'm sure everything would be corrected by then
