I eat enough.  I like to have a bite of a bunch of different things...but I take small portions.  I try to eat all I take.  My goal is not to eat tons...

What I like about a buffet is the variety of food. I like to eat a little of everything. I will admit, I usually over eat when I'm at a buffet.  Which is one reason I don't eat at them very often.

Because I am currently on a diet, I try to watch what I eat (and how much) when I visit a buffet restaurant. However, prior to my dieting efforts, I did everything to get my proverbial "money's worth". I would usually have two helpings of food, and then attempt to put the rest in a doggie bag for later consumption.

I like a buffet more so for the selection, not so much the quantity. It's great that some places offer all you can eat, but I eat like a bird most of the time so that wouldn't even benefit me. I'm more into the variety of different foods they offer!

I eat way more than I should, that's for sure. I have a pretty basic set of foods I eat when I cook/prepare my own food. Buffets have way too many choices!
